Something they've pushed out cleared it up. I wasn't able to remove updates b/c of our policies or change my internet settings. But I think the December updates fixed it on either 12/13 or 12/14!

I'm having the same issue. Windows 7 x64 and those updates aren't installed. Additionally, I've got all the cumulative updates I can add.
Also tried to open a premier support ticket & their system wouldn't let me. Crazy!

Yes, please! I am trying to use your methodology to renumber steps - so if you have a Batch updatelistitem form that manages to loop through past the 16 mark, that would be amazing!!!

I decided there was a chance the original file was corrupted & began to rebuild it. I think I have the rules tweaked properly, but I cannot get it to loop back through to continue the renumbering sequence after it completes the set of tasks.
