InfoPath Dev

Hi I have an infopath form that is publish to MOSS. I am unable to submit the form via email using the email submit button. I can submit the form in infopath but not in the  browser. can anyone please help. It seems that in infopath it uses my local outlook client to send email. But I can't actually set the SMTP anywhere.
