The problem exists in web based WYSIWYG tools: pasting from Word is a mess due to all the specialized Microsoft code. As a solution to that issue, most tools provide a "Paste from Word" button that attempts to clean up the code. Therefore, I don't believe this is considered a bug.

Follow up: For the function concat in Infopath, how can I include a double-quote? I tried escaping the character, but that doesn't work. I need this in order to dynamically create a query string for filtering with EnumDB.
