InfoPath Dev

After I finally got VSTA up and running I thought I was home free.  However, now I am getting some strange functionality.  If I am starting from scratch with the managed code VSTA has no trouble creating a solution and opening up.  The files are then being saved locally within My Documents/Infopath Projects/"Example ...
