Hello,
In InfoPath is it possible to filter items pulled into a dropdown from a SharePoint List based on metadata in that list and selections made by the user on the form?

When I publish a InfoPath 2007 form from Visual Studio and then activate that form to a site collection in Central Admin everything works good. Promoted fields appear on the form library when I use the template as a content type on that form lib.

When I add a section to my form and then add conditional formatting a condition "User's current role is not equal to "Owner" is automatically added. When I remove it it recreates itself.
How do I permanently remove this condition?
