Thanks for the reply Hilary, and I’ve done a bit more testing of things these past days.
There are some good things to report, some (really!) bad ones and a few ugly bits as well.
You are correct in that if you choose an appropriate 'Library' based Template from within a New Look View layout from the ‘Flow’ tab, then the site ...

In readiness for potentially converting bunches of SharePoint Designer Workflows (and in order to try and stay at least in touch with current Microsoft technologies) I’ve done a bunch of tests in Flow against SharePoint Online sites and subsites using both the pre-built Templates and tried my hand at building my own. Whenever I select a ...

Hi Rodman, thanks for the extra information and I see the problem.
Completing a step in a process and 'cheating; the system to act as someone else is particularly complicated I believe. The last person to work on the form will (should? ) always be the person whose name appears in the 'last modified' ...

Hi Rodman
I generally have a number of 'control' fields which are always hidden in a section at the top of my IP and Browser forms. In fact I use a text field with two buttons - Hide and Show - to control their visibility when I am designing/testing the form as it makes it easy to see the values in the fields.
One bunch of ...

Hi, we have a customer who is wanting to use the Browser Form functionality of their Office 365 instance. They have built one or two simpler forms themselves and then asked us to create a Customer Complaint Management / Issues / Problems system for them using InfoPath-based browser forms. We created the form as browser-enabled and ...

This
is a problem I've been asked to consider by a customer, and I am truly hesitant
about getting involved.
We
have been asked to create a fairly complex application (with multiple
process-steps and stages, several options for different data section needs and
which needs to be available in at least two languages - ...

Just wondered if you had any further thoughts on why this doesn't appear to be working correctly? I've created another view in the form, and copied into that the repeating table element from the receive Data connection, and trialled with both filtering after the pull-back (adding a conditional statement to the repeating ...

Thanks for
coming back to me on this one, and although I've used the filtered data
connection before (by choosing the field I want to pre-filter with, and then
setting it to either the value of a field in the 'Main' data source or to a
explicit value), I must admit to have forgotten that, and reverted to the
approach ...

Hi, has anyone used an InfoPath form on Office 365 in the Browser mode (not Filler), and in that had a filtered repeating table based on a data connection pulling back information from a list or library? I have and it seems to be remarkably slow in performing the filtering.
I've got a form (call it the Parent), from which you can create ...

Hi, I was wondering if this is something that could be completed using a Workflow once the file has arrived with the correct format/status etc in the SharePoint list? It's not something that SharePoint Designer workflows could easily do (unless you were to create that as a custom Workflow activity of course), however it would be simple ...
