Hi ClayWould you believe that the problems was within View>>Print multiple views? The order of the views were in the wrong order but I remember previously (a while back) that I amended the Print Multiple Views.Anyway thanks for your help, even though we could call it human error on my part! Ali.

Hi again! I have one last question (I think!) we are looking to have our forms read-only when submitted to sharepoint. I have read about certificates etc and our IT manager wishes us not to use them.
