This is in a List, Attachments to list items are: Enabled

Infopath 2013, SP 2013 On Premise.
I need to send an attachment in an email. I've tried adding a Link to it and I get a 404, Page not Found. If I just add it as a Field from the Current Item, all I get in the email is 'True'.
How can I get an attachment to get attached to the email?

I want to add fields to the Task Assignment email to include fields from the list. When I do that, error says 'lookup defined is not guaranteed to return a single value'. How do I get around that? I want to include the field, only if it has data.

did that, still no text field showing.

OK, I found that, but now when I check the box, only the label appears, nit the text field. I know it's something simple I'm missing.

Where do you get 'All Occurrences of Value'? I don't see that in my form.

Still not working. I can hide the sections, they're just not showing when the checkbox is checked.
What does changing the Sections to 'Optional' do?
