and the answer to that one is in the Tools / Form Options / Edit Default Values dialogue box. Make sure every variable is ticked or the Form has no fields to store data.

Is the "remove this form" in IP 2007? I don't seem to get this in IP 2003.

First - forgive my early ingnorance in such company. My issue is users completing forms using old template versions. I would like to remove the option from them - but there doesn't seem to be an option in my company's set-up of Infopath. We are using Infopath 2003. Can anyone help?
