Thank you Hillary, but did not work for me, maybe I am doing something wrong because my fields are returning only one entry for each brand selected.

I was trying to attach the file and I realize that the file had 4 MB, so I removed some pictures and the size went to 300 kB and the form worked just fine.
So, the problem was that the template was too heavy.
