I am trying to get a formula to pull the first letter from one field and concat it with the last four of a SSN.   Last Name would be Smith, SSN 000001234.  Output would be S1234.

I have a Approved Date that is being created by Nintex Workflow.  Is there anyway either through the form or workflow to compare a date and determine what Fiscal Year it is (October 1 - Septermber 30) and give the output FY##?
