Hi Hilary. Yes, the form was created through a list in SP, then it was edited into the current form through Infopath, the Comments field was added in Infopath. The Textbox is not enriched, it is a simple Textbox. The form is attached to you in a response before the GIF.

In this case, I don't use an Infopath SAVE button, I use the native Sharepoint SAVE button to save the item. Also uncheck the option for the "Value" box to be read-only without any good results.
