Not in an InfoPath form, I want the user to be able to search the folder where the filled forms are stored.
I want the user to be able to type 'rain' in the computer's search bar so that all the forms that have been filled in the rain section will show up.

So the filled forms will by in a folder X.
I want each of these forms to be meterological events such as rain, snow, blizzard, etc.
I want to be able to go in the folder X (on Windows) and to search rain + snow and have all the forms that contain both these instances.
I don't want the user to write rain, I want him to check/select it.

Hi ! My form is not linked to an Access Database, which would be THE BEST but I have no idea how to create this so I'm using what I have and kind of know.
So since I will be using the form to archive events, I want to be able to search keywords in the folder where the forms will be stored to find what I'm looking for.

Now there are blank spaces that I can't remove...I did an example to try with a simple form but even there, I cant't remove them.
I did put 'auto height'... What am I doing wrong?

What type of sections should we be using? I use Facultative Section so there's always a link no matter if I put the rule 'Hidden if checkbox=false'

It worked!! By adding the intranet in the sites like you said. Thank you so much!!
New question: is it possible to add a section in the grey zone, at the bottom that will be applied on every view? (So there will be no need to modify the content on every view).

I looked and it is not there BUT I asked a technician here and he said that the intranet is already in a 'super rule' (the amins have access to this) so ec.gc.ca is apparently already in the Local intranet sites...
