I need to have the good, bad , excellent option each time a new language is selected under read, write communicate and understand tabs

Please take attention on my post as well, can you just inform me is the problem above solvable or no?

I have a repeating table in an InfoPath SharePoint list based form, in which I have 5 columns. 1st: Languages (gets values from a list, combo box), 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th accordingly: Read, Write, Communicate, Understand, which, being also combo boxes can get 3 values: sufficient, good, excellent.
