Hi Hilary, there are a total of 8 promoted fields. The problem is with only one. I have republished the form multiple times to include changing the field's control type from a dropdown list to single line of text but the input still doesn't populate.

I believe for SharePoint Lists Filler and Web Browser forms are the same.  In the Form Options, click on Web Browser. Deselecting the box "Show InfoPath commands in Ribbon or toolbar" will hide the Save & Close as well as the rest of the items on the ribbon.
