I have a client based form with repeating sections that contain repeating tables. Whenever i edit data in the repeating table the screen jumps alittle bit which is quite annoying. what can i do to prevent this from occurring? TIA Dean

Ok, thank you very much. If this is a limitation of the qrules command, i may be stuck because this structure meets my business requirements.

As an alternative to emailing the actual form,  an easier to implement approach, would be to created the form, publish it to SharePoint, then just send a link to the form library with instructions. After the new employee fills out the form, use the Alert feature in Sharepoint to notify the correct people.
