  • Printing Multiple Photos (Photo Log)

I have an InfoPath form that is the template for an xml form library in SharePoint.  In that form 100's of photos are visualized (a secondary data source of another SharePoint list with photo absolute encoded URL as field).  For some reason, some photos are visualized, and some are not.  It's not even consistent; some photos ...

  • Re: Joined Lists displayed in one InfoPath Form?

Yeah, a doc library is what I'm thinking too. I think that I can creatively use workflow tools to pass values to the lists.  I'll let you know you what the final solution ends up being.  Thanks for the response!

  • Joined Lists displayed in one InfoPath Form?

I have two SharePoint lists that are joined (Parent List & Child List). How do I combine these two list to be able to edit in one view?  I want to add a new record to the Parent list, and then add a record to the child list that the user can affect.  I don't want the user to navigate to the child list just to add it (or edit it ...

  • SharePoint Lists vs SharePoint Library.....maybe I need both?

So......I have an InfoPath form Library because my users need to fill out a form, print it, and save a version of it. I also have an InfoPath list, which of course has its own InfoPath form as the interface to the list. Struggling with the concept of how to populate the list, but also be able to save a version of it to the form ...

  • Re: Truncated Buttons

So I checked the internet settings and the display settings.  Both had an affect on the font size within the form, so I'm sure I'm getting close to a solution.  One of the things that I noticed while troubleshooting:  in addition to the font size being incorrect, the font type is completely different from the font ...

  • Re: Truncated Buttons

Sorry, I should've said that this is an InfoPath form connected to an access database.  No IE, because our company does not have SharePoint; everything is based upon network connections and all forms accessible to users via the InfoPath Form Library within Outlook.  The form and all buttons still work correctly for those users in ...

  • Re: Truncated Buttons

In the event that someone actually replies, I still have not been able to get this resolved but have figured out that this issue only affects users in a certain office. I'm wondering if maybe there is a network setting that can affect the way buttons look. Thanks!

  • Truncated Buttons

I have a form with buttons in a table.  These buttons change values of options and hide/show sections in the table.  For one user, the buttons are truncated, so they can't see the full label of the button; I can't figure out why.  I tried rebuilding the table, same end result; the buttons are truncated for the ...

  • InfoPath hyperlink to Access Database

I have multiple InfoPath forms connected to an Access database to receive/submit data.  Within one of these InfoPath forms, I want to create a button (I would prefer a button) or a hyperlink that opens a specific report within the Access database.  I have successfully created a hyperlink which opens the Access database, but I ...
