So I have a simple form where a user can select 3 different locations Location1, Location2, and Location3, but there is a maximum occupancy per location. Thanks to your help I've fixed the issue of it going to the wrong library, but the column "approval status" stays set to "pending," but if I reopen the form, it clearly says Approved. This is driving me nuts

Hilary, with your edits, how would I change the binding so that the status of the form in the sharepoint column changes? You've been a great help!

Hi Hilary, thanks for your prompt reply. When the form is approved and resubmitted, it loses it's file name and shows as: "concat(EmployeeName_ ____ FirstDayofET_ ____ Department).xml" but the filename formating works fine on the first submit. I've attached the file, thanks!
