We are using SharePoint 2016 on premises and FormsViewer. SubmitToSharePointList command successfully creates and updates list items, but we have problem when trying to add attachment to the same list.

Regardless of settings defined in InfoPath Designer for Time field, it always displays in AM/PM format in FormsViewer (i.e. 03:00:00 AM). Is there a way to change it to 24hr format without seconds (i.e. 15:00)?
Can someone help me with this?
