If you setup a button to save new entries and query main connection in one go then the records would be re-sorted as per your data connection

Matt I dont think that would work either, as far as I can tell you can only have one submittable sql data connection. You can create more sql connections but they will be receive only connections

Kalyan answer is what your looking for but wouldnt it be easier to leave all the forms in one library and just setup 2 views, 1 showing only pending forms and 1 showing only approved forms I myself would also have a view for all forms just in case your looking for one form in particlar and cant remember what stage it is at

I has a similar problem when I moved a project to a different machine If you open your project and look at the solution explorer, open SolutionNameFormCode, open References, is their an explantion mark next to ''Microsoft.Office.Interop.InfoPath.SemiTrust''? If so right click reference and and click add reference, click browse and goto ...

Also check that the ''role'' has access to every table in the database and update it if you add any new tables

Did you set read and write credentials for each user? I added my users to the same ''role'' as me so everyone will get same access Also if I remember there are 2 places to log the user, one for the SQL server itself and one on the database itself I've not used any of the 2005 versions so I dont know if it's the same or not

For that to work with the MSDE version of SQL server, the server would of have to been installed using mixed mode with network connections enabled, I cant remember if it's the same for other versions or not
