OK, do you do it through direct connection or Web Services? If the former, do you refresh the data sources when the form loads?

Hi Jay,
Are you saving the xml output and re-opening that file?

Hi Angel,
Either your form needs to be deployed locally (on user's machine) with an msi, or you can access it like you described, but you will then need to look into Digital Signatures.

Hi,
You could add several views to your form and add buttons at the top of each view to switch between Views. This will give your user a feel of using Tabs.

Hi,
Check this for AD:http://www.infopathdev.com/webstore/detail.aspx?itemid=18
For .PrintOut, in Managed Code, I think that you don't need to be full trust. But in VBScript, yes.

Hi Adam,
Welcome t the Forum.
You can check the "Enable Protection" checkbox in Tools / Form Options / General Tab. It will at least give anyone a warning message before they can change your design.
To my knowledge, you can't password protect the design.
