I'm not sure if this will work but you can try it if you want. qRules has a ClearErrors command. It will probably allow you to submit. Download a trial if you want too test.

Hi gkeeton, that is easily done with a formatting rule. Select the second check box, go to 'manage rules', create a new formatting rule. For the condition, check box 1 is equal to false, then select 'disable this control'
