Hi, If you are adding Header and Footer from “Viewà Header and Footer” menu. This will apply only to the Print page. Header and footer will be displayed if we click on the “Print Preview”. But it will not display when we create pdf from InfoPath form.  

Hi, If your file attachment control is binded to secondary data source, then your repeating section should also be binded to secondary data source only. I think you are added repeating section from Primary data source and trying to add attachment from secondary data source into that repeating section.
