Hello I dont think on just changing the regional settings for the old form will change the date. You have to select the data again and save it.  Is it setting the date to german when you are opening the old form and changing the date after you made the regional changes

Hello Why dont you try making the form read only(Shift to Read Only View) when the form is submitted? So that the Read only form cannot be overwritten.

Hello You can use the optional section and use the option Do not now show the section by deafult in the section properties Now using rules show the section only when the condition is True

Hello Are you using the combo box that is in Infopath 2007. It has the readonly option in the Conditional formatting options

Hello You can set the default number to minOccurs in the schema.xsd. If you set it as 2, then by default 2 rows will be shown. For Eg:  <xsd:element ref="my:group2" minOccurs="2" maxOccurs="unbounded"/>

Hello How are you trying to open the Form. Is it the xsn or the xml. If it is the xsn are you trying to open in the design view or just opening the xsn to be filled out? Please check the schema once again, the schema might get corrupted also.
