You say you insert a row and then check whether it exists? so wouldnt that find itself and then always return true? Unless that the insertNumberResult covers that and I just do not know about it you will need a separte query to check whether it exists.

I am assuming for this you are submitting the form with custom code and if you are you can have a field on your form or maybe a drop down with the templates and the user can choose where it should go. Then in your code make the PUT parameter dynamic based on the users input. It should be easy if you are already using custom code.

Thanks for the reply and after poking around somemore i got it to update the row with a .js file. Now the problem is that when I submit in the preview in design mode it updates instantly, but when I publish it and try it timesout. Whats the difference in how the form is handled while in design mode and in its published state?
