Bumping and also I have an update - When the user logs into another person's computer he'll have the same issue, despite the person who owns the computer not having the issue. It's definitely something specific to the user's profile on SharePoint.
Any ideas?

UPDATE: Sorry, I feel kinda foolish for not thinking about this first, but I was able to resolve it. I deleted the repeating table from the form, published successfully, added it back in exactly the same way I had it before, published successfully.

I am attempting to publish a form and I am getting the following error:
"Multiple nested section types are not supported by InfoPath Form Services.
To publish this form, remove any nested sections of a different type inside the selected control."
I don't really understand what this says. I think it's complaining ...

Sorry I think perhaps I am unclear. I can't try to submit first because then if there isn't any error it will submit before the other actions in the rule execute. I need them to run before the submit, but I need the validation to run first.
So the submit should be to check the form is valid first, perform these ...
