When I publish my form (with full trust and code signing certicifate, I accept the certificate while publishing), then I can use that .xsn-form (with the security warning I have againi to accept the signature as user). If I open the form in design mode, then my form is still signed.

You have to download and install the certificate for Trusted Root CA Class 0 (for this demo certificate).
