  • Saving Browser Form with Workflow set to run on "When Changed"

Hi Everyone. I have a form in a form library in sharepoint. There is a workflow set to run when a form in this library "is changed". When a user opens a form to work on it, they can save the form ONCE. • Save Button - Save to "current" library

Hi,  I have a form published to "Library_A". A workflow moves the form between "Library_B" and "Library_A". I'd like to save the form using a button.  I'd like users in B to open the form and save it to Library B using the button. Likewise, after the form is moved to Library_A, I'd like users ...

  • Re: Some users not seeing drop down menus

SOLVED: The reason some could see the drop down menu content, and others could not, was because some users did not have permission to see the list's content. After giving "all_users" permission to view the list, everyone was able to see the dropdown content.

  • Print Field Schema?

Hi,  Since InfoPath and SharePoint don't agree on everything, I'm forced to "rebuild" a form. (Thanks a lot Mr. Filtering Repeating Tables!) It would help if I had my old schema printed on paper for reference...is there an easy way to do this?  Thanks!  JF

  • Re: Validate against First Field of a Repeating Section

Found a Fix! My understanding of the InfoPath indexing was correct, however the Validation function just seemed to be choking. My Solution: Create a field in the repeating table called "Yearly Total". Create a hidden field called "YearlySpendingPlan-ID" in the repeating table group and gave it the Default Value = ...
