Thanks for the response. All users do have read access to the signature picture library.

When a user signs a form for some reason the date signed is the date the document was created. This is a major problem seeing users will start a form and not finish them until days later and instead dating it the day it was actually signed it signs it the date it was created. Is there a way to fix this?

Is there anyway to block a user from signing a form if they don't have a signature or pin on file? Seems the Signature template part allows users without a signature or pin to sign a document.
