    Yes there is. I have done something similar, but the lookup of the current user is against a Sharepoint Group. A) If you have that list of people in a Sharepoint list, you can run a query rule from a secondary connection to that list&nbsp;&nbsp;and put the user account (from username() function) in the query field.     Hi Hilary, I am not sure whether it is an issue specific to my setup, but this approach does not allow the user to resize or format the picture, while if inserted in a Rich-text control, it allows resizing by the user (but the trade off is that you can not paste the picture in arich-edit directly). Could you please clarify.

    All help appreciated. I am trying to publish my findings as soon as I find anything interesting. All my original workflows&nbsp;tests, unchanged for weeks started showing the same&nbsp;error.
