    Hi there - I had him run a test with the ADMIN form (attached) because it has only the one data connection and he is having the same results. The forms are making it to the appropriate email addresses, so they are working, just the user is confused about why it isn't populating and is not confident the forms are being received.

    Hi there - I have created two forms for our supervisors to submit changes to their agents schedules. I have one user where when he submits the form, the TO field is always blank. Does anyone know the cause of this and how I can fix it? I've attached one of the forms.
