This fixed the issue, it seems the newer version of qRules can't handle the URLs passing as many parameters as the older version of qRules can.

I have a form that has been using qRules for a long time.
The form used to require custom code, so qRules was manually added to the form per your instructions and everything worked fine.
Recently we removed all of the custom code from the form and then re-injected qRules.

The fix ended up changing the scaling to 100. My first attempts of that, I thought didn't work because I didn't sign off after I changed the setting. Yes, this issue is happening on every computer that is using Win10, regardless of it is connected to an external monitor.

Our InfoPath forms are not browser forms. We view them in Office 10 & Office 13 InfoPath filler. When we open them on any Win10 machine, the form width becomes very narrow and all of the text is smooshed together.
I have changed the scaling settings in Win10 and also tried to turn off DPI scaling ...
