 This fixed the issue, it seems the newer version of qRules can't handle the URLs passing as many parameters as the older version of qRules can. Thanks so much for updating the code to reflect the older version of qRules

 Sorry about that, it looks like my previous embedded image doesn't work. Yes, this issue is happening on every computer that is using Win10, regardless of it is connected to an external monitor.  

Our InfoPath forms are not browser forms.  We view them in Office 10 & Office 13 InfoPath filler.  When we open them on any Win10 machine, the form width becomes very narrow and all of the text is smooshed together. I have changed the scaling settings in Win10 and also tried to turn off DPI scaling ...
