I thought I'd provide an update since I found a solution that worked.  Hopefully others will find this useful. The increase of the Runtime Execution Time out didn't work.  This blogpost had some steps to take for large files.  Eventhough my file is 1MB, not 50MB, I still tried them out.  Step #2 worked for me.
