  • Re: Adding information from a Repeating Section to a Repeating Table

I'm getting closer! But it won't open in the browser now. I was able to use qrules to do what I needed done.  Its compatibility is for web browser. The form has been uploaded, verified and activated in Central Admin. I added it to my library as a content type. As long as I open it in the application it will work, but ...

So with Qrules I can see how you can copy the entire table to the new table. Any advice on how to specify specific rows to get copied and inserted?

  • Adding information from a Repeating Section to a Repeating Table

I've read through the threads that are similar to this, but still didn't come away with a clear answer on what to do.   Purpose of Form: User needs to be able to browse marketing materials in a repeating section, select multiple items, and then be able to customize the information for each one before submiting their order...so ...

  • Browser Form conditional formatting of button

In my InfoPath 2010 web browser form I use conditional formatting to hide/show a button based on a match between current user (via email match the UserProfileServices) and the person allowed to take action (via a list maintained on SharePoint).  We use active directory.  Using email addresses because those are 100% unique in our ...

  • Re: Attachments can not be downloaded by one user

Egads.  He'd installed Google Toolbar and didn't see the cursor change to say the pop-up blocker had activated.  He disabled it, and it works fine.

  • Attachments can not be downloaded by one user

THe InfoPath form (2010) opens in the browser from SharePoint 2010.  Most users have no problems downloading files that have been attached to the form using the attachment control by previous users.  However, I have one user, who is one of our approvers, who can not download the attached files (.xlsx and .pdf).  He doesn't ...

  • Re: Restart Workflow

Wondering if you ever figured this out. I also have a scenario where I need to restart the workflow (or simulate a restart!) as well. I am using SP, SharePoint Designer, and Infopath 2010. In my scenario, if someone rejects the form, it needs to be sent back to the original User for changes and then needs to go back through the entire approval ...

  • Re: Editing default data in repeating table - unique for each row?

Is there a way to get this to work with a function? If I just type in text for the default value then each row has unique default data, but if I use a function or a field, then all three rows contain the same function/field. Thank you, Megan

  • Editing default data in repeating table - unique for each row?

Using Infopath 2010. I have a repeating table. I am using the "Edit Default Values" box from under the Data tab in an attempt to have three rows in the repeating table show up with different default values in each. In Edit Default Values I click on the repeating table (fields), and select "Add..." Then I select ...
