    Had the same problem. What i ended up doing is adding a content editor web part or HTML Form web part to the same page as the InfoPath form. To get to that page i right clicked on the add item on the lSharePoint list and selected open in new tab. I then edited the page and added the web part. I chose HTML Form web part because it retains the way ...
