  • Re: Property Promotion

Still having problems with this unfortunately. The promoted fields display in the library where the form sits but am submitting the form to a different library so the promoted fields aren't displaying there which is where I need them. Am wondering if I need to change the submit location but if I do this how do I manage the permissions so ...

  • Re: Property Promotion

Thanks for your reply Hilary. I have a number of staff completing the same form so access it through a library. I don't want them to view each others completed/submitted forms. The managers have to complete the forms as well but they need to be able to access all of them to view results. I set them to submit to a different library so ...

  • Property Promotion

Hi I am sure this is easy and I am making hard work of it but having trouble promoting fields. I have a form in a library which is working fine. The form submits to a different library. I have promoted fields but obviously these are showing in the location of the form not where the results sit. How do I get the promoted fields to show ...

It designer when previewing the form it shows as expected but once on SharePoint for the user to complete the ...

  • Re: Formula to count text responses

Don I think I have actually cracked it. I found the value I previously mentioned, so simple but I never knew you could do that. Am just working on the outcome now so there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I can't thank you enough for your help and the time you put into assisting me.

  • Re: Formula to count text responses

Hi Don This looks great, thank you, I think I even understand :-) My only query now is that the rule on the Q fields seems to have change to instead of containing the text in the drop down field it now contains the reference letter so I'm not sure how this is set up (you've done something clever again). I really appreciate your help.

  • Re: Formula to count text responses

Wow Don that's amazing thank you so much. My only query is how do I change the drop-down list answers as at the moment the drop down answer box is providing all the same answers which obviously with different questions the answers need to be different.
