I have seen several articles regarding this. I did open my list with Explorer as other articles have mentioned. Then paged down until icons appear to bottom of list. This did nothing. I have 15,000 records that i really don't want to have to click to view then close each one. Any other ideas?

That worked! I added a people picker to my library in SharePoint first. Then I created a workflow to set a variable for our domain, then set a variable that concats domain and ManagerId, and then update the people picker field I created in SharePoint with the concat variable.

Created my Web Part page Has 3 quadrants (I think that implies there are 4 but I'm brain dead atm). The top is my child list, bottom left is my parent library view, and the bottom right is my InfoPath form. Added a Connection between the parent and the form. Seems to work well. Now to get the child to auto refresh on changes.
