Could this be a result of different versions of Microsoft Windows Workflow Foundation

Thanks for the info. However the list is monitored often so I have added in a manual start option so that "failed" workflows can be triggered. This will have to do until I can figure out a perm fix.

lol thanks, I have narrowed it down to Office 2007 users. Basically the XP (or office 2003) user can submit their form and the workflow kicks off just fine. Yes I have found this issue. It seems to have no pattern that I can find also. I also have users on both XP and Win7. however the workflow will set to complete with XP users too.. this is really frustrating as the workflow works well in most cases but fails around 10% of the time
