    Sorry, I think I oversimplified my description here so let me try to provide better details.&nbsp; As I said I am pull data from the SQL database as a secondary data source, in this case the data being pulled for the option buttons is in number format&nbsp;0 through 10, although that will not always be the case.&nbsp; My query on the form is based ...
