We're developing a change management form, and there's a section in it that should only be filled out by certain people.
Is there any way to limit a section in this way?

Sorry - I kind of combined two messages into one.
I removed all the dashes, colons and the 'T' - - so I thought - hey - why not make it a number, since all the characters were numeric.
but it didn't work.....

I tried this and actually got it working, however, the only way this number shows up, is if the datatype is set to text.
If I set it to a whole number, with no formatting (commas), then it doesn't show up in the Library field. Is this normal? (i thought it would sort better if it was numeric)
