Ladies and Gents, I have added a drop down list box to my form... when the form loads the user is presented with a choice of e-mail addresses to pick from. All is fine and they can submit the form, however when the form is accessed, the data from the drop down box is missing... i.e. the field is blank. If the form is ...

  • Active Directory data on a form

Hi there, We have Infopath 2003 (and also 2007) and we're trying to create some Infopath forms where the Active directory user data is displayed, lets say for instance the User who is logged on, Manager Name, Manager E-mail and Department. We would like to start pushing them around using Workflows. • Re: Adding a button

I solved it.... however, it wasn't a perfect fix! Basically, the type of button I had added to the page (using Sharepoint Designer) was a standard button with a PostBackURL that I used to point to the URL of the template .XSN file. However, when I tried to open this, it didn't work! But, when I just used a hyperlink ...

  • Re: Adding a button

Thanks for the reply.... I checked this and it seems to be already set to 'Domain' However, the difference between the buttons we created and the 'New' button on the toolbar is that when we click the button (Which we linked to the template.xsn file) it asks to open the file and then the error shows up... If we ...

  • Re: Displaying data from a sharepoint list on a form

Thank you, it opened great. However, what I need to know is, using the same type of design (i.e. layout) on my form, how can I populate boxes with information that is saved in a Sharepoint List? For instance, if the user picks 'Supplier 1' from the drop down on the InfoPath form, I want all of the supplier 1 information that is saved in ...
