Hi there, Indeed!  Start off creating an action and simply pausing the workflow for 48 hours.  As long as the workflow starts when an item is created, the workflow will start. Mahender, Patrick is correct.  You need to use list data in order to trigger the workflow.  If data changes, you can trigger the workflow to do different things, i.e. send e-mail, or update list data etc. Ensure you choose colums when you publish your form to your form library, then use this column list data to populate your workflow ...

Hi, How are you designing your workflow?  SPD maybe? You can only generate a workflow when list data changes.  However, you could amend your workflow and put a delay in place initially....  say 48 hours? Then, you can initiate the rest of the workflow.
