I dont understand how to tell it to not include something that is not in the XML. The file doesnt have any #N/A in it...however that is showing up in every dropdown regardless of the xml attached.

so i am concerned that on this form they may be selecting different group and sub group i do not want the selection that they have chosen to go away from the first entry and subsequent entries how do i put a rule that will allow them to keep entering in the repeating table and allow them to select different subgroups?

so here is a new twist even though I have an xml pointing to a dropdown it is pulling in a category that equals N/A i dont want that...do i have to make a rule not to include them?

ok so all of my xml need to be attached I did that and it is all working, the only issue is the repeating piece from before.......just wish i knew how to make that go away

The other thing that is weird is that I cannot use the cascading dropdowns if the resource file is not attached to the form. If i have it pointing to the sharepoint library it will not pull the data. Is that normal?

So I discovered something very weird and I dont know how to explain it.
I had gone back to my rules to clear the cascading history and saw that in the sub group i had this . Just a period, when I removed it nothing would populate the dropdown. If I put it back i got the previous selection but all of the rest of the selections.

OK I changed out the top dropdown for option buttons and the first dropdown works but the second one isnt can you take a look please. the details are not filling in on the Additional Details dropdown.
