InfoPath is designed to be codeless although one can certainly write code into it. However, you can accomplish many tasks without writing code by using the qRules tool and the DBXL tool which can be run with SQL. Have you looked at your Submit Data Connection File Name field? If your file name is being taken from a field that will have many entries with the same name, Center for instance, then there will be an error unless you allow the overwrite of the file. You probably don't want to overwrite existing files, so you might try ...

Try inserting your original repeating table in a repeating section. When you insert the new section the tables and the buttons should be there just like the first table.

When you publish the form to the site, are you changing the domain name for the webservice to match the domain name of the site you are publishing to?

I have used Nintex, you are correct, this product is not free. Nintex does provide many more options for complex workflows than those built into SharePoint. Knowledge of webservices and xml prior to using this product would be extremely helpful.

I am looking for a way to track the changes made in a form. I have a form that will be updated by one person then sent back to the orgininator for review. Try right clicking on the field and check the properties to be sure you have a Drop Down list box instead of just a text field.
