  • Re: SharePoint Submit Fails

My apologies Ernesto. I have never considered a Task Pane to be custom code, so it just never occurred to me that that was a factor here. I've removed the custom task pane for now and can submit successfully from the server. I am, however, back to my original issue in which I cannot submit from computers other than the server. As I said, I ...

Okay, interesting... at least we're maybe moving closer to a solution. I'm attaching the form to this discussion. Based on what you find, I may need to escalate this and set up a session. Thanks so much, Ken

  • Re: SharePoint Submit Fails

Thanks again Ernesto... I've reached out to the individual that installed DBXL and will try to confirm the settings with him. As you point out, the SharePoint mapping with Object Model saved successfully and forms submitted via DAT work fine and show up on the SharePoint site. I just tested a submit from the server itself and see this ...

  • Re: SharePoint Submit Fails

Hi Ernesto,  Thanks for taking the time to look at this. I checked the event viewer and there are no entries in either the Qdabra log or the Application log. Interestingly, I got something slightly different when I tried the submit from a different computer. Here's a screenshot:   Any suggestions on this? Thanks again, Ken

  • SharePoint Submit Fails

Hello, I've successfully mapped my form in DBXL and have submitted a few test samples from DAT. Now I've enabled the SharePoint integration and am running into an issue. Although when I submt my form from within DAT the form submits fine and shows up in SharePoint, when I try to submit from a client via SharePoint & InfoPath I ...

  • Re: New to DBXL - Fields NULL in DB after mapping

Hi Ernesto, Thank you so much for your prompt reply. Your explanation is clear, and I suspect that in my haste to start working on my forms I overlooked that point in the documentation. I will step through the node paths again tonight and reply back here with my results. Thanks again, Ken

  • New to DBXL - Fields NULL in DB after mapping

Hello, I'm working with the DBXL 2.6 trial. I've worked my way through the Quick Start guide and am now working with my own form and database. Upon shredding my documents, I'm finding that all fields, except for the DBXL::DocId, are NULL in the database. Here are some screenshots: Thank you for any help! Ken

  • Re: InfoPath -> Dynamics SL. Need some direction.

Melli - thank you for taking the time to supply your insights! Although we are hesitant to submit to the tables due to the data integrity complexities that you faced as well, we are slowly moving in that direction. Thanks again, Ken

  • InfoPath -> Dynamics SL. Need some direction.

Hi, I'm working with a client that would like to use InfoPath to create some forms for getting data into Dynamics SL. Searches have been unproductive, although I have found references to an API, eConnect and web services. (Although I'm comfortable in InfoPath, I don't have any Dynamics SL experience.) I'm certainly not looking ...
