  • Aggregation; Count If?

I cannot seem to find a thread on this here, nor anywhere on the Internet that explains to me how this might work. I have an InfoPath form that I will be using to aggregate responses to about 60 questions across records in an Access database. The answers to the questions are "Yes" (1), "No" (0), and "Not Applicable" ...

  • Printing Data Details (Formatting for Printing)

This site has been a tremendous boon to me. I am hoping that it can come through one more time on a specific issue. I have am using an Access database because I cannot put up a SQL database for several reasons, not the least of which is that some places where data will be collected will not have Internet access. So, I am putting the InfoPath ...

  • Re: InfoPath 2010 questions? Ask here.

EDIT: I just realized that I'm still using InfoPath 2007. I thought our upgrade was to 2010... Sorry in advance!   Hello. I have an unusual question. For multiple reasons, we cannot have our InfoPath form on the Internet, connected to a SQL back-end (the kind of data we're collecting is personal and not all our locations where we ...

Okay. I am still a bit bogged-down. I don't think I quite get what you mean when you write: "You'll also want to run the main data source query after the record is selected." Is there some way to trigger this event once a record is selected?

  • Re: Using InfoPath with Access

Oh yes, there is something else I am wondering about... InfoPath allows me to specify responses in a combo box as well as what values to capture. In my case, I have "No" set to the response value of 0 and "Yes" set to the response value of 1; "Not Applicable" is set to 2. The values are being properly captured ...

  • Re: Using InfoPath with Access

Happy Holidays, and thanks for the answer, Hilary. I had run across that article before, but I printed it and read it again. Thank you for the link. It helped refresh my mind on this topic. But maybe I am a little slow. All my fields are populated from the query list from the main data source. I added the Run Query button to my form. Still, ...

  • Using InfoPath with Access

I am a true newbie to InfoPath, so please pardon me if I am asking questions that are answered elsewhere. I took some time to bone-up on the existing information prior to posting here, and I believe that what I am asking about has not been covered in such a way to meet my needs. Because of the web security policies where I work, it is not ...
