Be forwarned that this technique does not work on a web enabled form. So if your end goal is to have people fill it out who do not have infopath then you will need to use a workaround.

Download all/one of the XML files
Open the file in NOTEPAD
At the top of the file you will see two tags that start with <?mso
On the first tag find the attribute href="
Modify the link to point to the location of your new template
Upload the file back into its sharepoint folder

OK does anybody have any creative work arounds?
My requirements are that I am trying to display some of the results/data(xml) of form A as a secondary data source for form B (read only). This would be using Form Services 07 - so web enabled is a required.
