  • Automatically Update Form Based on New Template

I recently administratively deployed a new version of a browser based form that has some new fields and sections in it.  My form library has ~20K forms in it.  When I open an old form through the library, the form is automatically updated and contains the new fields. However, I do not want to open 20K forms to have their XML ...

  • Re: Automatically Update Form Based on New Template

I programatically update data in the forms based on massive CSV file uploads from our suppliers, and would rather the fields and sections always be there, and not have to worry about adding them on the fly.  So back to my original query, is there no easy way to get all these XML files to upgrade, either through the upgrade process or ...

  • Re: Contact Selector Performance Problem

It seems it was not this control, but searching AD in SharePoint period.  Actually all over SharePoint to find a user was taking forever.  The fix was to issue some commands via stsadmin to set a path parameter for searching AD, which solved the problem.  Found the solution via google.  Guess I was too ...

  • Contact Selector Performance Problem

I am using the contact selector on my browser form, and it is working fine, with the exception that is is extremely slow.  We have two SharePoint environments, with seperate ADs.  Our external environment with probably a very small AD, returns in less than a second. Our other AD for our internal environment, which I assume ...

  • Re: Result of a Submit Data Connection

Code isn't nessary to execute the submit connection with repeating parameters, this can be mapped when you setup the submit connection.  I'm mainly asking if I setup a submit connection in the non-code way, can the result of the submit connection be accessed, since the submit connection is not listed as a secondary data source. This ...

  • Result of a Submit Data Connection

If I create a "submit" data connection to a web service, can I access the result, since it does not appear that connections of this type create a "secondary" data source. Mainly I'm wondering, because this web service has an input parameter which is an Array designed to accept the contents of a repeating table on the ...
