  Thanks Janice,  I'm not sure if this is what we want, we are not using Share Points and all we need to do is to skip entering user's name when click "Click this section to sign".    Any idea that can be done?  Thanks again...  

  Hi, Is it possible to sign the form without typing the name  (by simply clicking "Click here to sign this section")? Our company would like to eliminate the process for user to enter their name when sign it......  Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Vickie    

Hi Janice,  We don't have SharePoint and there is no work flow set up...... The form is saved on the network folder for user to fill it out.  Once the form is filled, it will be saved and send out as an attachment file.  My concern is when user fill out the form and sign it and send it to the managers to approve, managers will ...

Hi Greg,  I have the similar problems.  I created a form which requires user to sign, also requires multiple managers to co-sign, how can I prevent user to type in other user's name?   Please provide some details.   Thanks, Vickie
