can use sharepoint designer to look into

User sign and give the comments in digital signature, how can I get this comments at sharepoint list? anyone who know?  

I have encounter the same thing before, I think you don't change the default view, and make sure the default view can get all form. if you want open the list with empty ,just create a new view you wanted and place this URL at quick launch.  and same time set the " Display this form library on the Quick Launch"  to ...

Can auto check out when open the form and auto check in when save the form?

can you confirm the Library you get the max ID is same with your sharepoint list?

I open a infopath form, but it opens in read only mode. so  I want to know who is currently opening the infopath form. and inform him to close it.
